Definitely a great display item for any Disney collection as it is from the very beginning, that being Walt Disney's very first full length animated film, which it won an Academy Honorary Award for in 1938.  So even with out the lights inside or if you have the shades and string which belong to this box you're good to go with a great piece of Disney history.
I will say to find the shades and wire are an easier task to find
than
the original box, especially in descent condition such as this one is.
This Box was produced for the Canadian market only, not for the USA.
Box art includes lid illustration of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs w/side panels showing additional scenes.  Lid has corner tip wear with a mild subtle crease on the one long side and the same but short on the one end edge as shown, some soiling in spots as shown as well, o/w clean and very presentable for 83 years old.   Box interior has insert w/large flip-up top panel showing the same art as lid, colors are great no soiling but does have some small kinks in a couple of spots as shown. The bottom as expected with any item like this, has soiling consistent with its life span of 83 years.  The box measures 16.5" Long  x  6.25 wide x 2.25" thick.    All things considered
for this scarce Canadian Walt Disney
box with its vibrant rich colors and great Disney graphics, you just can't go wrong and would be a feature item in any displayed Disney collection.
