EASTER EGG CHARACTER DECALS LOT
- 1940s PAAS Dye Co. Includes 2 different color envelopes (ea. 5.5" square).
Both envelopes include the early "PAAS Egg Man" mascot on front.
Popular comic characters are illustrated on back of one (Donald Duck, Thumper the rabbit and Blondie). This envelope states "exclusive Walt Disney characters".
Also included with this lot are assorted partially cut transfer sheets with many comic characters (Mickey & Minnie Mouse, Figaro the cat, Dumbo, Popeye, the Phantom, Flash Gordon, Pluto, Pinocchio's Blue Fairy, etc.).
Food color tablets and egg dippers are missing and not included.
YOU ARE BUYING ALL FOR ONE MONEY.
Condition is considered FAIR to POOR with miscellaneous surface/edge wear. Assorted tears, creases, and edge separations with envelope flaps torn and partially loose/missing.
Despite obvious defects, we feel these are still displayable examples by most standards. Scarce in any condition (see photos).
Collectively, these items would make an nice EASTER display for the discriminating COMIC CHARACTER and/or WALT DISNEY enthusiast. On a condition code scale of 1 to 10, the above listed item(s) rated - (6-5).
