**You are bidding on a new oil tank for custom rigid frame chopper applications. You will need to decide if this will work for your custom application. Please read our terms listed below and bid accordingly.
**We received this in a dealer buy out and all of the information we have on it is listed here. In the last picture you can see the side of the box this was in with the part number Q11001204. The side of the box also states that this is for the LSC and Tejas models (both of which are rigid frame bikes) and that it is an AIH (American Iron Horse) Oil Tank for 280. We believe that the 280 refers to the size of the rear tire, which also explains why it is so wide at the rear. We cannot verify any of this, all we have is what we can guess from the labels. Consider all of this before bidding.
**This oil tank is 16" long, 5 1/2" tall and 18 1/2" wide (at it's widest). The battery box in the middle of the tank is 8" wide and 4 1/4" inches long. The oil cap sits in the center of the top of the oil tank. There are two line attachments on top of of the tank and three on the bottom.
**In the fourth picture you can see a chrome cap included with this. Otherwise, there is no mounting hardware at all. You will need to provide anything else required to mount this on your own.
**This tank is new and in good shape. It is raw steel and will need to be sanded and painted before mounting. There are some scuffs and scratches on this along with some light rust. We actually have several of these oil tanks and though they don't all look identical to this, they all have the same type of damage to them. From what we can tell this will all sand out when you are prepping this for paint. Please keep all of this in mind when bidding.
**We do not know what this would sell for but we believe it would be 0 or more easily. Our starting price is well below that.

Rest assured that regardless of which carrier we choose, your package will be insured for the amount of the purchase price, and the amount quoted to you for shipping will remain the same.
If you wish to make alternate arrangements for shipping, they must be approved by us

prior to bidding. After the item is won, the buyer must communicate via e-mail these changes of terms so that we can make the appropriate changes in our software. Please do not call us to arrange alternate shipping terms, as verbal communication will not be honored; we accept e-mail communication only.
The high bidder is to pay shipping cost as shown in the shipping calculator. Insurance is already added into the price quoted by the calculator.
You must have a
street address
(not a post office box) for us to ship to. If you pay via Paypal we will
ONLY
ship to the address provided by Paypal. If you pay via credit card we will
ONLY
ship to the credit card billing address.
Orders are processed and shipped within one to three business days after receipt of payment.
Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email from the carrier with your tracking information. Please do not contact us asking if something has shipped until at least 5 business days after payment is made. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email in that time then contact us.
Combined Shipping
: We have to manually process any combine shipping. If you are done shopping and would like for us to try to combine ship those items that are practical to combine ship (Note: We do not combine ship flat rate items) then email us when you are finished buying, and we will see if we can combine your items.

At this time we are only offering a limited number of our inventory for overseas shipping. As of right now this is not one of the items. If you are interested in purchasing this and you are Overseas, in Canada or have an APO/FPO please email us. We will look into converting it to an international shipping item. When we receive a request we consider the cost of the item AND international shipping cost before we convert it. If we choose not to convert this to an international shipping item you will have to have an acquaintance in the the lower 48 states of U.S. purchase and pay for this item, we will ship it to them and then they can ship it to you.

Our Guarantee:
After receiving this item, you have 14 days to inspect it. If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with the product, you are entitled to return it as outlined in our policy below:
(1) Our customer service email address is included with your package (on the sheet included with your invoice), you will have to email that address within 14 days of receiving the item. We cannot post the address here because of Ebay's rules.
(2) The item is to be received back in the same condition as when we shipped it. Please look at the pictures in the ad to compare to the item you receive. If your item is in different condition than pictured, please contact Customer Service via e-mail because it is most likely an insurance claim to settle with the shipping carrier. Please retain your original shipping material, including the box in which the item arrived. If it has sustained shipping damage, a carrier claim needs to be filed; contact Customer Service via e-mail in order to process the claim.
(3) If the item arrives as described in the ad, with no damage from shipping, a restock fee that covers processing and eBay fees will be deducted from your refund.
(4) You will be responsible for all shipping costs both ways. You will also be responsible for insuring the package when you send it back to us to ensure that we safely receive it. We do not refund your shipping/insurance costs.
(5) If your item arrives and is
MATERIALLY DIFFERENT
than the description in the ad, please contact Customer Service to receive a full refund on the item and on shipping charges.

We will not make any exceptions in regards to shipping addresses and methods of payment which we accept.
Shipping Terms:
During checkout you will often be given the option to choose between UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail shipping. If you have a P.O. Box address select USPS Priority Mail since UPS does NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you select UPS shipping and your PayPal account is a P.O. Box we will ship the item through USPS Priority Mail if the amount you have already paid for UPS shipping covers USPS Priority Mail shipping. If additional funds are required we will hold your order and send you a request for additional funds to ship the item via USPS Priority Mail.
USPS policy prohibits shippers from filing a missing package claim until 20 days have passed since the shipping label was generated; therefore we are unable to begin a claim until the 20 days have passed.
If you are interested in arranging alternate shipping methods such as overnight delivery, second day delivery, etc. please contact us via email prior to purchasing the item so we can verify if this is feasible. Please keep in mind we will NOT make alternate shipping arrangements over the phone; all correspondences must be made via email.

The only shipping method we utilize for international shipping is USPS International Priority Mail. Other sellers will utilize cheaper shipping methods; however these methods are slower and not as reliable or traceable as USPS International Priority Mail therefore we will NOT utilize them. We will NOT falsify information on customs forms, please do NOT ask. The purchase price of the item(s) purchased will be the amount displayed on the forms. Buyers are responsible for all import and customs fees.
USPS International Priority Mail is often delivered within 7-14 days; however this is not a guaranteed delivery time. If you have not received your item within 30 days please contact us so we can inquire about the package’s location. USPS policy prohibits shippers from filing a missing package claim until 30 days have passed since the shipping label was generated; therefore we are unable to begin a claim until the 30 days have passed.

Our customer service email is noted on the invoice inside your package. Please email that department within 14 days of receiving your item to begin the return process.
If your item is damaged please retain all of the packaging material, original shipping box and the item’s original packaging as the shipping provider may request photos of this material to investigate the damage claim.
If you receive an item which is materially different (ie. the item received is a different color, design or completely different) than what was shown in the eBay listing please contact our customer service department at the email noted on your invoice so we can begin the return process and issue you a full refund once we receive and inspect the item.
If the item is not materially different and you decide you do not want the item you purchased please retain the original packaging as the item MUST be returned to us in the same condition it was shipped. You are responsible to pay the return shipping cost and insure the item for the full purchase price. A .00USD restock fee will be deducted from your refund to cover eBay fees and processing.
