French Blue Opaline Pedestal Bowl Compote or Huge Wine Glass 😄 Vallerysthal?

This is a little bit of a stumper. Not sure which company produced this, sure looks like some Vallerysthal Portieux glassware I sold a while back. Color is French Blue Opaline, or as some refer to it, blue milk glass. It is at least vintage, perhaps older than that. It would make a pretty centerpiece bowl or one heck of a huge wine glass! 😁😆🤣 Stands about 7-1/4 inches tall.
This is in perfect condition, no chips or cracks. There are some "flaws" I suppose, but done during manufacturing (keep in mind, you can tell it is hand blown). There's a teeny raised spot on the rim and at the bottom of the stem at the base just looks and feels not quite perfect. See the photos, they are large if you choose to view them large.

I normally do not accept returns, all sales are considered final. Refunds are only granted if I've majorly messed up on the ad (ex.: a blue shirt in a size 12 and I send a red dress..... you get the idea!). In that case, original price + shipping will be refunded as well as return shipping. :)
