PLC Zebra label Printer with interface ,no PC Required

Description

This is a stand alone printing system designed to mate with your PLC.
This system is intended to product labels for production.
You may select one of 2 PLC interfaces.
PLC Option 1 simply signals the printer when its time to print (via a .5 second simple contact closure) ,The printer then prints, peels, and presents one label for the operator to apply. For Label only pack stations we can substitute a foot switch for the PLC trigger.
Option 2 Serial interface:  Your PLC will send a simple set of strings, commanding the printer to print one of two different label layouts. This is great for mixed product. For option 2 The PLC can a serial trigger signal, and also some content
For those who need it, we have an optional & interesting label that allows limited Color to be selected for sort-by color or customer-assembled items requiring assembly reference by color.
we produce two layouts, we email you proofs, and the printer arrives ready to produce.
