Tool for Vintage MERCURY GEAR CASE Covers 33450 Outboard Motors ?

Photos show everything. I'm not exactly sure just what this is, I believe they are tools or such for vintage Mercury outboard boat motors, but I could be wrong. That's really all I know about it, I got it in a lot with several others, which I no longer have. I am not certain whether all or some of them are unused. I am not the original owner, so I cannot be certain. It looks to me to be unused, but again, I cannot say, not being the original owner.
