This is a vintage diecut 2-sided folding string hanger party decoration of Happy from the 7 Dwarfs. 12" x 15" Old novelty store stock. Ball is creased crepe type paper, wraps around to the other side  Scarce made in West Germany and marked Walt Disney Productions. Minor crease on collar as shown.
