Really Nice, near perfect and has retain good color and not brittle and has a pick to stick in the cupcake.

The topper is about 3" high.
Probably from the 1960s as most of the other items were from that era in this find.
Neat to display or to collectible and not sure if I would use for food anymore, but up to you.
